About the Pantry
In association with the Greater Chicago Food Depository, the New Seed Food Pantry distributes food and other necessities to families throughout the city of Chicago.

Ways to Volunteer
We welcome families, groups, organizations, and those needing community service hours to volunteer with us!
Every Saturday from 9 am to 11 am, we distribute food to pantry guests. Sign up for an upcoming date.
Group Volunteering
Contact newseedpantry@gmail.com to schedule a volunteer day for a group of five or more participants. Groups of up to ten can be accommodated.
Bi-Monthly Food Sorting
We receive food twice a month from the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Contact newseedpantry@gmail.com to help with unloading and sorting the donated food.
